Can I track my order?
Yes. Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can monitor delivery progress.
How are orders processed?
Most orders are shipped from our studio within 2–3 business days. Delivery time depends on your location.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Once an order has been processed, we are unable to cancel or change it. Please review your order carefully before placing it.
What should l do if my package is held by customs?
Rest assured, we take responsibility for orders held by customs. So far, all packages that have been detained have been successfully reshipped to our customers. You can also choose to receive a refund if you prefer.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we deliver to many countries and regions. Shipping cost and ETA vary by destination and order weight. Full quotes are shown at checkout.
What if my order is damaged during shipping?
Contact us within 3 days of receipt and include photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
How do I care for my Balisong?
When playing with it, try to avoid dropping it, avoid contact with water, and keep it dry. If it feels lacking oil, you can apply some lubricating oil. To clean it, find a clean cloth (such as glasses cloth/paper towel, etc.), spray it with alcohol, and then wipe the surface clean.
